Qin-Han Elegance: Master Zhang Anjun’s Handcrafted Yixing Zisha Teapot – 650cc Collector’s Art
$685.71Handcrafted by Artisan Zhang Anjun, this 650cc Yixing Zisha teapot combines ancient Qin-Han inspiration with premium Qing Shui clay. Award-winning, durable, and collectible.
The new Yixing Zisha Teapot "Qin Wind Han Charm" is officially launched! This masterpiece, crafted by senior craft artist Zhang Anjun, uses original Qing Shui Ni clay material with a capacity of 650cc. The purple clay teapot preserves traditional aesthetics while incorporating modern design elements, making it both collectible and practical.
Born in 1970 in Dinghu Town, China's ceramic capital, Zhang Anjun grew up immersed in zisha culture. After high school, he dedicated himself to Yixing teapot craftsmanship, accumulating over 30 years of experience. Together with his artist wife Zhou Liangjin, he founded the "Jin Tao Ju" studio, now a renowned zisha teapot creation base.
The unique original Qing Shui Ni clay undergoes strict screening and aging processes, developing a warm reddish-brown tone after firing. The 650cc capacity suits group tea sessions, featuring ergonomic curves and a precision-designed spout for drip-free pouring. The chinese zisha teapot integrates Qin-Han cultural elements - lid patterns reference bronze reliefs, while the knob mimics Han dynasty jade designs. Bamboo joint textures add natural flair, balancing historical reverence with contemporary sensibility.
This handmade Yixing teapot demonstrates exceptional craftsmanship. Traditional manual techniques shape every detail, from clay slab forming to seamless lid-body alignment. Fired at 1180°C, it develops a unique dual-pore structure enhancing tea aroma preservation. As a member of China Arts & Crafts Association, Zhang's works have won national gold awards. The "Qin Wind Han Charm" continues his signature style: clean lines, restrained decoration, and modern usability rooted in tradition.
The "Jin Tao Ju" studio maintains strict quality control, producing fewer than 200 numbered pieces annually with certification. Tea enthusiasts will appreciate this Yixing purple clay teapot for brewing pu-erh or aged white teas. With proper care using tea rinses (avoiding detergents), the surface develops a lustrous patina over time.
Recently featured in art publications, this china purple clay teapot currently has 6-8 month lead times due to high demand. For international collectors, it offers an exquisite gateway into Chinese tea culture. Regular use is recommended - initial three months of single-tea-type brewing helps enhance flavor conditioning. Whether for hospitality or personal enjoyment, this artistic yet functional yixing teapot master creation promises enduring tea companionship.
