Exquisite Manshu Yixing Zisha Teapot: Premium Craftsmanship & Collectible Design
$257.14This 160cc Yixing zisha teapot, crafted from rare celadon clay, showcases refined artistry with engraved motifs and ergonomic design. A premium collectible at ¥1800.
New Arrival: Manshu Purple Clay Teapot
This teapot named Manshu has a 160ml capacity. Its size is perfect for daily use, whether enjoying tea alone or sharing with friends. The Yixing purple clay teapot features a rounded, full-bodied shape with clean, flowing lines, offering balanced weight distribution when held. The connections between the spout, handle, and body appear naturally integrated, as if grown from the same clay.
Crafted from rare "Lao Tian Qing" clay highly prized in zisha circles, this material boasts jade-like density with subtle luster. Under magnification, fine particles visible in the clay ensure excellent breathability. Tea stored in this handmade zisha teapot won't spoil but develops richer aroma over time. Collectors particularly value how the clay develops warmer hues through use - resembling jade cultivation - earning it the nickname "Jade in Zisha".
Created by Mei Jia, a rising star mentored by master Fan Weiqun of Fan Family Pottery Studio, this Yixing teapot blends traditional craftsmanship with modern aesthetics. Every curve demonstrates refined skill - precisely fitted lid prevents leakage, while meticulously polished edges ensure comfort.
The teapot's standout feature is its carved ink-wash style plum blossoms. Branches stretch naturally across the body with petals appearing wind-blown. Carving depth masterfully balances visual depth and tactile comfort. Pouring tea creates dynamic interplay between water streams and floral patterns, like animated Chinese painting.
Practically designed, the 160ml china purple clay teapot maintains perfect water center of gravity. Its ergonomic handle allows comfortable grip, while the spout's calibrated curvature ensures drip-free pouring. The adorable knob doubles as a temperature indicator through tactile warmth.
Maintenance requires gradual warm-water soaking before initial use. Rinse with water after each session, avoiding chemicals. Natural luster develops through "pot nurturing" - a unique purple clay teapot aging process.
For collectors, this Chinese Yixing teapot embodies multiple values: functional tool, art piece, and cultural heritage. The enduring plum motif echoes zisha's timeless qualities. Each handmade yixing teapot remains utterly unique, enhancing its collectibility.
Suitable for daily use or display, the Manshu glows softly under sunlight, its Lao Tian Qing clay emitting subtle cyan hues contrasting with ink-carved plums. Whether steaming with fresh tea or resting quietly, this yixing purple clay teapot adds traditional aesthetic charm to modern life.
